Sweet Dreams is a calming herbal blend of chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, and spearmint — ingredients long loved for their ability to ease a busy mind and settle the body toward rest. The flavour is soft and floral, lightly sweet, with a delicate finish that doesn't linger too long.
Non-caffeinated. Breathe deeply. Sip slowly. Let the day go.
How to Brew: Steep 1–2 tsp in 90°C water for 5–7 minutes. Sweeten with honey if you like, or enjoy as-is.
