Please note: these wick trimmers are not designed to trim brand new wicks. Please trim any brand new candle with scissors and then follow up with these on all subsequent burns.
Lead Time
We pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days. During peak times (Nov & Dec), please allow up to 5 business days.
Shipping to Canada
Orders up to $75 = $15 flat rate
Orders $75 - $125 = $9 flat rate
Orders over $125 = FREE
All rates are before tax, after discounts. Transit times are typically 1-5 business days, but might take a bit longer to rural and remote locations. We ship via couriers like UPS, Purolator, and Canpar, as well as Canada Post, choosing the lowest-cost option to help keep shipping rates low.
Shipping to USA
Rates are calculated at checkout, or free over $125 USD (after discounts). We ship via USPS with duties collected at checkout so there are no surprises at your door.

We want you to love what you bring home! Unused, unopened products in original condition are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for Canadian orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Opened or used products, all earrings, clearance items (20% off or more), and holiday items after December 25th are final sale.
