Some evenings call for something quiet. A warm cup, a slow exhale, and nothing else to do but let the day soften. Sweet Dreams is a calming herbal blend of chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, and spearmint — ingredients long loved for their ability to ease a busy mind and settle the body toward rest. The flavour is soft and floral, lightly sweet, with a delicate finish that doesn't linger too long.
Non-caffeinated. Breathe deeply. Sip slowly. Let the day go.
How to Brew: Steep 1–2 tsp in 90°C water for 5–7 minutes. Sweeten with honey if you like, or enjoy as-is.

CANADA: Flat rate of $15, or free shipping on all orders over $125. We pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days (might take a little longer during peak times). We ship via couriers like UPS, Purolator, and Canpar, as well as Canada Post, choosing the lowest-cost option to help keep shipping rates low for you. If you have a tight timeline or a shipping concern, just pop a note in at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
USA: Free shipping on orders over $175 USD. Orders are packed and shipped usually within 1-3 business days, but might be longer during peak times. We ship via USPS and all duties are collected at checkout so there are no surprises at your door.

We want you to love what you bring home! Unused, unopened products in original condition are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for Canadian orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
