We accept returns or exchanges on all full priced and promotionally discounted items within 21 days of purchase for Canadian and USA orders. Please ensure the item is in unused condition with no signs of damage, and get in touch with us regarding your return BEFORE sending an item back. Please note the buyer is responsible for the full cost of shipping a return or exchange item back to us.
All clearance items (over 15% OFF) and made-to-order candles are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged (but could be gifted to someone you know who might love them!)
