We most often ship with couriers such as UPS and Purolator. Please note that shipments to PO boxes and rural addresses will ship via Canada Post and/or USPS and may require longer delivery times.

Leduc County Pickup (Free)
Our home studio is located just outside of Edmonton in Leduc County, Alberta near AB-21 & AB-625 (about 10 minutes east of Beaumont). We offer local pickup by appointment and orders are usually ready within 1-2 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive full pickup details and instructions by email.
Edmonton Area Local Delivery
Unfortunately, it is no longer feasible for us to offer local delivery. But we have a lot more options for you to shop with us in person!

Shipping Policy Details
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please keep in mind we are a small business running out of our home and there may be unforeseen delays from time to time.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or if an unavoidable delay has occurred. Any shipment delays that occur once a shipment has been received by the shipping provider are out of our control. We do not guarantee the arrival timeframe of any shipment under any circumstances, as this is out of our control.
We offer international shipping worldwide and rates are as shown at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Misiyo Candle Company Ltd. is not responsible for any of these charges, if applied, and they are solely your responsibility to pay in full. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, including an incorrect address or refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes, all of our shipping costs (including the return shipment fee) will be deducted from the refund amount available to you. Please double check your shipping address and all applicable import laws before placing an order to ensure everything arrives to you smoothly.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Please see our Return Policy for more details. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can assist you.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours during business days for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order to Canada and the USA within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number so we can look into it for you. For international orders, please allow up to 75 days before reaching out about the status of your order. Please note that some international shipping options (International Surface Parcel) do not include tracking #s and we unfortunately will have no further information about your parcel.
