Lead Time

Most products that we offer in store are also available for purchase on our website across Canada. Our Slow Living products are not available in  the USA or internationally at this time, but all our our Misiyo candles can be shipped worldwide.

We do our best to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days. If you require a shorter timeframe for your order, let us know in the notes section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Please keep in mind we are a small team and there may be unforeseen delays from time to time.

(excluding AK, HI, Territories)

We most often ship with couriers such as UPS and Purolator. Please note that shipments to PO boxes and rural addresses will ship via Canada Post and/or USPS and may require longer delivery times.

Please note: shipping rates do not include import duty or taxes which may be applicable on orders shipped to the USA*

INTERNATIONAL

We ship our candles worldwide and shipping prices will be shown at checkout to your destination. Please note that duty and applicable taxes are NOT included in your purchase. Please refer to our shipping policy below for further details.

Edmonton Local Pickup at Misiyo Slow Living

Our candle studio & retail store (called Misiyo Slow Living) are located at 7312 50 Street NW in Edmonton, Alberta.

We offer local pickup for any online order, as well as in store shopping. Orders are usually ready within 1-2 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive full pickup details and instructions by email.
