Giveback Results for 2023
Thanks to your amazing support this past year, we've been able to give back 32,114 months of health insurance in 2023! Meaning that for the next year, Misiyo is supporting 2,672 people every month!
People like the couple pictured above (right), who have a little baby and are hoping to move to a better home soon. The husband is suffering from some stomach problems and is unable to work full time, so the wife works during the days and cares for their baby at night. Although they face many challenges, they told me that health insurance means so much to them. They are able to go to the hospital right away when they feel sick and get the help they need, whereas before they would suffer with sickness for a long time.
It brings me so much joy to share our candles with you, see them enhance your days, improve your self-care and bring joy to your life. And I hope this is that extra feel good moment for you, knowing you've also helped a family like this in Rwanda!
