Edmonton Area Delivery (Free)

We make local deliveries within Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Beaumont and St. Albert once or twice per month (the next delivery date will be listed on the top info bar upon visiting our site and in your confirmation email once an order is placed). *Your order may be delivered any time of the morning, afternoon or evening during our delivery day. If subscribed to shipping notifications, you will receive an email when you order is out for delivery and once it's been delivered.

APARTMENTS & CONDOS: You must have someone available throughout the day to receive your order or be able to let us in remotely to place it at your door. We don't leave orders unattended in the lobby and can't make other arrangements on the day. If this isn't possible, please choose local pickup or shipping for your order. Thank you for your understanding!​​

Order cutoff is two business days before delivery day. Any undeliverable orders will be available for pickup the next day, shipped at our current rates or cancelled at your request.

Leduc County Pickup (Free)

Our home studio is located just outside of Edmonton in Leduc County, Alberta. Your order will be available ASAP (typically 1-3 business days) and we'll email exact pickup instructions and details once it's ready. The pickup area is AB-21 & AB-625, Leduc County, T0B 3M1

Return Policy

We know shopping for candles online can be a little bit tricky! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Full Priced & Sale Items
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on our candles within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the candle is in unused condition with no signs of damage. The buyer is responsible for any return shipment costs.​

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item in your shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance at hello@misiyo.com

We want you to LOVE your candles and work hard to make sure you have an amazing experience from start to fully burned! If ANYTHING didn't meet your expectations, please let us know.
Shipping Policy Details

Order processing times: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or if an unavoidable delay has occurred. Any shipment delays that occur once a shipment has been received by the shipping provider are out of our control. We do not guarantee the arrival of any shipment under any circumstances as this is out of our control.

International shipments: We offer international shipping to the contiguous United States of America at the rates detailed above. Shipping time is typically 5-14 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Misiyo Candle Company Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@misiyo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
